Cancellation Policy:
Our booking system will show the dates available per term. Around 2-3 weeks before the end of the current term, the next term/holiday club will be added to the booking system for parents to book their child/children's places.
- If you need to cancel sessions, as long as we have a month's notice, we will refund you the sessions you would like to cancel.
-If you give us a 1-3 week's notice, we will be able to adjust the bookings to another day etc but no refund
-Less than a week's notice, we will not be able to move your booking to the days you would like, if you need another day covered by our after-school club, payment will need to be made.
No credit will be given to use either in the current term or for the next term. Make sure your bookings are correct so these issues don't occur.
Payment either through the booking system or through childcare vouchers, will have to be made straight away at the time of booking.
Session Policy:
If your child is attending one of our sessions and is dropped off early or collected late out with what has been booked and paid for via our booking system, additional fees will apply. These additional fees have been highlighted through the schools we're working at.
The reason for these rules are, it reduces hassle for me planning as I'm also at other schools that need planning and I want to make sure we provide the best provision possible at each school. I plan my staff hours (where staff will be going etc) a month in advance and if we have cancellations and I have to regularly refund parents, I still have to pay staff for the hours they were expecting to work, which from a business point of view is not viable.
